At K 2025, we will be presenting a wide range of smart technologies and process solutions for the compounding and recycling of plastics. They are based on our continuous innovative strength and ensure maximum throughput, product quality and efficiency.
At Booth 14B19 in Hall 14, we will be providing insights into our extensive research work and showcasing our latest technologies - for more performance, more efficiency and more quality in compounding.
In addition to a ZSK Mc18 and an STS Mc11 twin screw extruder, we will be showing our wide range of products for feeding, material handling and conveying.
All technologies are designed to make the compounding of plastics significantly more efficient, to further promote the responsible use of resources and to achieve very high product qualities.
From mechanical processing – shredding, washing, separating, drying, and agglomerating of plastics – to bulk material handling, feeding and extrusion, as well as compounding, pelletizing and odor reduction, we supply both individual components and complete systems for the recycling of plastics from a single source.
We have worked hard to improve the interaction of Coperion and Herbold Meckesheim technologies. We will be presenting the results of our intensive developments in an own pavilion on the open-fair ground.
Here, we will be showing the new ZSK FilCo filtration compounder with ZS-B MEGAfeed side feeder, a Coperion K-Tron vibratory feeder and the hydrocyclone stage of a Herbold Meckesheim washing line.
At Booth 9B34 in Hall 9, we will be presenting our many years of expertise in the mechanical processing of used plastics. In addition to a Herbold Meckesheim SMS 80/200 granulator, we will be showing the new 150/300 dryer.
Both units perform important process steps in our recycling plants and have proven themselves on the market for many years thanks to their efficient operation. They are key to the high end product quality that our recycling plants achieve.
