We are now offering a best practice design of our highly successful ZSK 58 Mc¹⁸ twin screw extruder specially for the processing of engineering plastics.

Like all ZSK extruders, the ZSK 58 Mc¹⁸ world proven comes with all the advantages of reliable, top class Coperion technology. Developed in close cooperation with our process engineering specialists, it incorporates all the experience we have gained in over 60 years as suppliers of more than 14,000 twin screw extruders.

Only high-grade components go into the ZSK 58 Mc¹⁸, enabling it to achieve the high level of process stability for which our systems are renowned, alongside consistently excellent product characteristics. Standardized scope of supply for quicker ROI

The ZSK 58 Mc¹⁸ world proven has a precisely defined scope of supply. For instance, the drive unit, the process section and the type of material are pre-specified and cover a broad range of applications thanks to the high torque available and three different screw configurations. Typical throughput rates are 1,500 kg/h for polyamide 6 with 30% glass fiber, and 1,400 kg/h for polypropylene with 40% talc or chalk.
