Mid-sized single screw feeder for free flowing bulk materials
The BS60 single screw feeder is ideal for feeding free flowing bulk solids that require neither horizontal nor vertical agitator. The feeder with extension hopper is suspended on a single-point weighing system. A volumetric version is also available.
The BS60 is part of the K4G Continuous Gravimetric Blender System. The K4G line was designed
with the specific requirements of the plastics processing industry in mind. The compact design and low space requirements of the K4G integrated system allow up to six feeders with vacuum receivers to be easily grouped around an extruder inlet. Single stations are also available.
A swivel unit is connected to the weighing system, by which the feeder can be swung up to 90° from the working position. This allows for easy cleaning, replacement of the feeding tools and sampling.
