Cylinder Specifications
Fabricated cylinders
Replacement cylinders are fabricated of materials ranging from carbon steel to high performance alloys. Cylinders can be manufactured with internal flighting when required.
Cast cylinders
In addition to providing fabricated alloy cylinders, we also supply centrifugal or static cast cylinders, in A.C.I. (American Casting Institute) high temperature and corrosion resistant alloys in sizes ranging from 6.5 in / 165 mm in diameter to 42 in / 1066 mm in diameter or larger.
Facility
We utilize manufacturing facilities possessing the resources and equipment for fabricating cylinders involving an extensive array of materials and welding procedures. These facilities hold ASME, API, TEMA and NEMA certification and have authorization to perform field repairs under the ASME stamp.
Welding
The facilities hold ASME authorization code stamps for heating boilers (H), pressure vessels (U), and power boilers (S). They incorporate GRAW (TIG), SMAW (MIG), GMA (flux core) SMA (stick) and Submerged Arc (SAW) welding processes and have the capability to x-ray and dye penetrate all welds.
