AccuCheck Chain Testing
Validate the weighing accuracy of your feeder* within ±0.25 percent of a comparable material test by using our proprietary chain system and calibration technique. This can be completed in approximately one hour during a scheduled outage or upcoming downtime. Chain Testing is the best way to ensure your plant is operating at the best possible accuracy and optimized Heat Rate. Accucheck Chains are available for purchase or rental.
Feeder Body Thinning Solutions
Over time, your feeder may experience body thinning due to it's continuous use. We have solutions to help reduce or remedy feeder body thinning. The best options are preventative maintenance, pressure boundary restoration, and a new plate or saddle. If there is more needed beyond these options, we are able to perform a complete overhaul or replace your feeder.
