The ProRate PLUS-M Feeder is a continuous gravimetric single screw feeder, ideal for feeding free-flowing bulk solids that require neither horizontal nor vertical agitator. Perfect for feeding pellets in the plastics industry. The feeder with its extension hopper is suspended on a weighing system in a compact frame. Together, the proven Smart Force Transducer (SFT) weighing technology together with state-of-the-art PCM controls provide accurate and reliable performance. The AC vector-duty motor provides a high turndown, offering great flexibility in feed rate range. Product contact parts are manufactured of stainless steel and polyurethane.

Actual feed rates depend on screw fill and vary based on individual material characteristics (flowability, particle size and geometry). The sample feed rates were tested with free-flowing materials as stated. For feed rates at the upper or lower limits of these ranges, check with a Coperion K-Tron Test Lab.
The PLUS-M feeder comes with both vertical and horizontal outlets as well as two screw sizes.
